It has been weeks since my regular morning jogging perhaps my job hunting really consumed the days and the need to wake up 5 am.
I shall start my new job here in Gen. Santos City as a College Teacher and soon, they will start their class in June. Then, I have no more time to jog (naku naman, what will happen to my fat belly?).
I am thinking of just starting Aerobics Taebo as I want really to enrol in Aikido but since it is not available here and I think I am too old for that stuff, aerobics seems agreeable.
Those who are into Taebo, can you give me some insights about it other than its punching moves and kicking butts?
