Missing my Jogging Fits

I started with my jogging as a daily regimen since April complemented with taebo and aerobics. It has become a typical routine that I get to wake up at the same time in the morning whether or not I have had enough sleep.

Exercise is proven to relieve stress, keep weights down and boost self esteem; all these are undeniably true and correct. Suffice to say that recreational exercise is good for everyone's soul. Most people would try online games, ball and board games,  race cars, horse  riding with its horse tack among others.

However,  since the start of classes, I can't attend to my daily routine and I quite miss my running shoes since I always have the reason to miss the running tracks. I hope the rain and my colds won't keep me from my morning jogs again. Until then, I can only keep my jogging suits and shoes on storage racks.
