Just Hating My New Hairstyle

When I was in college, I used to wear my hair short  and had my fashion style centuries old. hahhahah! But, somehow I was comfortable with the way I looked at that time, on short hair, loose shirts and pants and rubber shoes.  Although, it was not at all an appealing sight for others. But, I simply did not pay attention since I was all concerned with how I should do well in my academics.

However, when I got married and tried all sorts of life's spices, I did a 360-degree U-turn with how I look and how I perceive myself making me more confident.

And, with that ardent interest in Korean actresses, I had my hair  cut a little shorter and had put  on some bangs, and though, I looked a little younger, I feel ridiculous. ahhahaahhah!

Never again that I shall try to be somebody just to look good. I guess that means just being comfortable with old self and more. hahahhaha! I cant wait to  see my hair longer again.

Wear Comfy Summer Clothes

The thing with summer and rotating brownouts is that they can get into your nerves pretty badly. Gosh! I have to endure all the heat and no sale all at the same time. Sigh!

Somehow, our daily fit includes shorts, flip flops and cotton shirts. They help a little to ease the heat but if the temperature gets all so high, we can only hit malls and stay there until the lights get back.

With bleak sales and no work, my pocket is quite drained. Sigh! Paying the bills gets more and more cumbersome. To top it all, I may have to skip my expensive insurance. Too bad, I could have checked  online life insurance  and compare prices and benefits.

These economic crisis and El Nino make life harder and less convenient. No wonder, a number of families go for multiple jobs and head to beaches just to cool down and make through. Gosh! I might as well start considering another work.

Hating My New Look!

before

after

I have been an avid fan of Korean movies and with that obsession I had my hair style changed. I sport bangs for a change. Geez! The last time I had this kind of cut was in college days. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

Although the change caught some good praises but I personally feel edgy whenever I look at myself before I mirror. I guess I just have to really get used to it. But, I am quite sure that it will take a long time before I will be crazy again and have a hair style frenzy. LOL!

Wrapping Shoes and Others for Display

When brownouts take their place, we are compelled to open our store doors to at least make air less damp and hot.  But, what goes with this choice is for dust to also come it  and  wrap their way to our stocks.

So, to remedy this, I got the shoes and bags covered with see - through wrappers. I only wish that our customers wont be that adamant to remove the plastics or that my nephews would leave these stocks alone.

I still have to wrap some uncovered stocks tomorrow albeit I can also wrap our apparel  to keep them clean.  This brownout really sucks! Sigh!

No Net Connection for the Boutique

It has been two days that the internet connection at home had gone wary and I could not even do my usual works like updating my blogs and posting some of stocks online. I had to sleep early but chose to wake up much earlier just to try my luck and have that much needed connection but to no avail. This is really very distressful that my head is spinning again.

Stress is one of the villains of wrinkles, zits and soggy look. With all the pressures from work, business and family and now from this nasty Internet Service Provider, I can go mad. I am getting little zits from limited sleeps and pressures that I shall check the store for best acne treatment  that can do wonder in just one day.

Since my kid’s graduation will fill the morning’s time, I wish I still have the time to go to a mallwide wireless hot spot.

I however, feel so guilty from keeping my precious time away from my kid and family. Sigh! This is really maddening. Sometimes, timing and instances can be quite off and out of luck.

Recession Really Hits Fashion Industry Worst

In my previous posts in earlier months, the fashion and export industries are badly affected by economic recession. No wonder, cheap textiles, shoes, bags and apparel have prevailed the market. Worst, used clothes are becoming the preferred choice these days.

A number of companies have declared bankrupt or laid off employees worldwide because of economic crisis. So, it is only wiser that we prioritize our expenses or better yet go for term life insurance quotes before anything else.

We can only wish that crisis will be soon resolved or else, a number of unemployed will continue to rise.

Bleak Fashion Store

We are back to our old store and the sales have been very bleak. There are indeed days that not even a single sale is made. We consume the days by simply watching movies and attending to potential customers.

We hope to have improved and steady sales in the coming days. The economic crisis is really beating on everyone especially these days. I only hope we can still get savings from our fashion store and check for term life insurance rates for possible insurance investments.

Bad Guys on Holiday Season

We had our terrible experience of getting robbed while we just had our store opened last October. And since holiday breaks were longer this December, we decided to be more careful with our store, particularly on our products. We even purchased a security alarm for burglars. But, I guess, thieves would just have to be always on the look-out for opportunity to steal.

My mom decided to pack our stocks last new year's eve as dubious people were lurking around our store. So, we packed all our products and put them in a box again. But as we do this, one imported shoe box with 1 piece sandal is missing. We couldn't exactly locate it but found the other partner of the sandal on hand. We then assumed that the box was shop-lifted by our BAD customer/s thinking he/she could get the entire pair.

Now that holiday breaks are over, we have to bring the packed stocks again to our store and re-order them. I just hope this new year will be a better year for our store and for everyone, EXCLUDING THE BAD GUYS!!!!
